Since the early 1700’s, Lanzerac Wine Estate has enjoyed a long history of having pioneering women at its helm who have developed the farm into what it is today. Each of these women contributed to the growth of the Estate, from developing its world-class winery and making alterations to the iconic Manor House and outbuildings that today serve as luxurious rooms and suites, to planting many of the grape varietals on the land.
In memory of these formidable females, Lanzerac Hotel & Spa will be celebrating women on the 9th August. A special Afternoon Tea will be served at the Manor Kitchen – offering guests an ideal way to show appreciation for an extraordinary woman. Enjoy a table laden with freshly baked cakes, scones, savouries and much more in the elegant new setting. Priced at R280 per person, the Afternoon Tea includes a variety of TWG teas, and a glass of Lanzerac MCC on arrival. Time: from 14h30 until 17h00.
