Spa facilities can only be utilised by day visitors when the total spend on treatments is greater than R500.
The fitness room is exclusively reserved for Hotel guests only.
All spa facilities are unisex and therefore a no-nudity policy applies.
The Rasul and Experience Shower do not form part of the spa facilities, and can only be used as part of a treatment including these services.

Lanzerac is able to cater for a wealth of special occasions, namely birthdays or anniversaries. Please be sure to alert the Spa Manager / Spa Receptionist at the time of making your booking so that we can add a special touch to your spa experience. Spa Payment Policy
We request that a 50% deposit is paid on all spa treatments at the time of invoicing in order to confirm.
Spa Cancellation Policy
100% Cancellation charge of spa services when cancelled on the day.
75% Cancellation charge of spa services when cancelled 24 hours prior to treatments booked.
50% Cancellation charges of spa services when cancelled 48 hours prior to treatments booked.
Spa Child Policy
Regrettably the Lanzerac Spa does not accommodate children under 12 years of age. All children between 12 and 16 years of age will need to be accompanied by an adult. 16 years and older will be considered an adult, and treatment prices will be charged as advertised, with the exception of producing a full time Student Card, which will entitle you to 10% discount.
When accessing the Lanzerac Wine Estate from the Lanzerac Road entrance, you will pass through a security check, after which there are 2 large parking areas on either side of the driveway. Parking is complimentary and is monitored by 24 hour security personnel.
Spa Indemnity Policy
The Lanzerac Spa nor its employees and/or consultants may in any way be held accountable for any loss, injury or damage, whether direct or indirect, suffered to the guest whilst on the premises or whilst under the care of an employee or consultant of the Spa. All spa facilities are used at own risk.
