Booking Procedures

Reservations can be made via telephone, fax, e-mail, and mail. All reservations require a deposit equal to the value of or 50% of the total stay, whichever is the greater amount (B&B) within seven (7) working days of making the reservation. Full pre-payment is required for bookings to the value of 1 nights stay or less.

Written confirmation will only be provided once deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% Refund: Bookings cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival
• 50% Refund: Bookings cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival
• 25% Refund: Bookings cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival
• 0% Refund: Bookings cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival

Any reduction in the length of stay will result in cancellation fees being applicable. Other ammendments to your reservation are subject to availability.

Reservations may be guarantteed by the following:

Upon any credit card payments or deposits our company credit card authorisation form will be sent to you for authorisation.

Transfers

In keeping with our personalised and individualised service, we are only too pleased to arrange the following for you
from either Cape Town Airport / Station / Harbour.
At the time of reservation please do provide all details such as:

· Flight Number
· Train or Ship Name
Departure transfers can also be booked providing the above information has been supplied at time of reservation or
during one’s stay at the hotel.
